Unenchanted Arrows go on the bottom Trapdoor, after the bottom one is loaded flick the lever, then the 2nd trapdoor make sure its flipped up and shoot power 3 arrows then flick the 2nd lever, then do the same for the 3rd one but with power 5. then flick it. after that put your tnt minecarts and flick all the lever again going from bottom to top. And then flick the lever next to the tnt minecarts to shoot them.
